Don't Forget The Small Spaces
Small spaces don't have to be forgotten, or boring. Look at this tiny little bathroom! The collard green coloring is lovely and modern on the walls with the ceiling scotting wallpaper as a contrast, and then she brings it home with a converted ornate picture frame into a mirror as the point of interest.

You can easily replicate this look. Prep an old frame (clean it well with White Lightning), and depending on what material you're working with, use BOSS and/or SlickStick. Paint the base a brown color such as Dixie Belle Chalk Mineral Paint in Putty or Coffee Bean if you prefer a darker look. Add Moonshine Metallics in Gold Digger on top the brown base. Then apply a black glaze, and wipe it back so it sits down inside the crevices. Seal, and voila!
You can also acheive a similar look using the copper patina base paint (no patina!) and black glaze. Or paint it brown, glaze, then add gilding highlights in a mix of Gold and Copper. If you want a more mate finish, you can seal it in flat, or use wax (dark wax, or clear wax and work some dark Dixie Dirt into the crevices). Isn't it amazing how many different ways there are to achieve a similar look?
